Product Coordinator (Lending / Digital Lending / Digital Bank)

Provide quality, written content into Product Approvals Documents
Collect feedbacks on Product from Sales, Operations and make proposed process/ product improvements
Other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required
Handle daily tasks assigned by Product Specialist/Team lead/Manager or Head of Lending Products
Cooperate with Sales, Risk, Marketing, Operations and Finance to collect information or execute activities assigned by Product Manager
Collection of market needs information on products
Provide Product specific support to Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments on request from Product Manager
Provide detailed support and cooperate with IT to develop new product specification/ features/ changes on product relative system platform, including UAT testing, documenting and delivering of results
Execute activities to have partners/ third parties aligned on product selling, operating as assigned by Product Manager/ Team leader

- Senior Students (fourth-year or above) or Fresh University/College Graduation or less than 01 year working experience; prefer Economics/Finance/Administration/Banking background.
- English is a must-to-have skill (fluent)
- Computer Skills:

Knowledge of MS Project or other programs is an advantage
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel
