Product Design and Development (PCBA, System) (Upto $1500)

- Update documents and create Change Orders to release
- Subsystem testing and analysis
- Component Obsolescence management (EOL check, alternate component identification)
- Create sub system requirements
- Hardware test protocol creation
- PCB Layout review
- Change impact analysis and documentation
- Design test fixtures and PCBAs (Schematics)
- Update Design History Files (“DHFs”) based on design and test results
- Component selection (PCBA parts, microcontroller/processor, COM Module, sensors, motors, encoders, displays, switches, cables, connectors)
- Defect reporting and issue resolution support
- Test report preparation
- Design analysis (derating, tolerance, noise margin, interface bus timing, Obsolescence etc.,)
- Work with cross-functional product development teams

***Requirements:
- Circuit analysis
- Test fixtures
- Relevant experience: 5+ years
- Graduate in Engineering (Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation)
- Mixed signal design
- Tools Cadence or CAD, allegro PCB viewer
- PCBA design process
- Mixed signal, analog, Motor and electro mechanical
- Circuit schematic design.
