Product Design Manager (UIUX)

General Management

Set design standards for the team, manage & continuously improve design systems for consistent quality & efficiency.
Lead the design team of product designers & graphics designers, provide direction, guidance & ensure that the team works collaboratively to deliver high quality designs.
Review and approve designs, ensure they meet brand guidelines and project specifications.
Manage the design process: be responsible for managing the entire design process from concept to launch, ensure that the process runs smoothly & the designs are delivered on time & with high quality.
Stay up to date with industry trends including new technologies, design trends, and customer preferences.

Product design

Work very closely with cross functional teams, including product management, engineering, quality control & related business stakeholders to ensure that the product design is effective & competitive.
Join the product development tribe & contribute from ideation, research, prototyping, testing to delivery & iteration.
Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences, industry trends to ensure that the product design is competitive and meets the needs of the target audiences.
Evaluate the effectiveness of designs and implement changes to improve the product design.

Graphic design

Work hand in hand with Marketing team to build & maintain high- standard brand’s visual identity.
Partner with business teams including Marketing, Sales, Merchant to understand their requirements, objectives, audiences and provide art direction & creative guidance for execution.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proven experience of at least 6 years of experience in design roles, preferably product design & in a managerial or leadership position.
Excellent problem- solving skills and ability to think strategically (the why) to overcome design challenges (the how).
Proficient in design software such as Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent creativity and ability to think outside the box, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross- functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of designers.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Design field, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce high- quality work even under tight deadlines

Working time from Monday to Friday (09:00 am- 18:00 pm).
Annual bonus: depending on business & individual performance.
