JOB PURPOSE
Continuously collaborate with product managers and engineers—from discovery to delivery.
Be deeply oriented around actual customers and the value their product brings to those customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase
Producing prototypes and models to test functionality.
Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations
Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts
Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions; while researching tools, materials, and relevant design techniques.
Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming
Create a design layout to determine the best product & employ design concepts into functional prototypes
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Give & solicit feedback from designers and engineers in order to continually raise the bar for quality.
Advocate for our diverse customer base with hard data and in-depth research to help meet their unique needs.
Plan, prioritize coordinate and conduct behavioral analysis, user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, and usability testing.
Actively involved in defining product strategy.
Identify high-impact opportunities, design features in pursuit of goals, and explain the rationale of your decisions.

Distill broad, conceptual ideas into practical and engaging interfaces Ability to use prototypes as their primary canvas for communicating ideas, both internally and externally.

Be constantly testing the design ideas with real users and customers; to constantly validate and refine ideas as well as collect new insights they might not have been looking for.
Support Product Manager/Strategy team on market research to determine gaps in the market Translating research into feasible ideas and designs that will satisfy consumers.
Ensure consistency across all of our products & integrations by adhering to our design system standards and making updates when necessary. Work with engineering, product management, data, and marketing, etc. to eliminate inconsistencies.
Engaging audiences and using sketches, blueprints, and prototypes to gather feedback. Advocate for our diverse customer base with hard data and in-depth research to help meet their unique needs.
