Product Developer Operation Coordinator

•Train factories and brands associated for both PLM and BW system.
•Monitor PLM data report at development milestone and monthly report after conference stage, trace each brand to get inconsistent items to be fixed based on brand PLM RACI.
•Measure PLM data scorecard at GTM/LDM/SM stage.
•Prepare each SM allocation report for brand director to analyze the new development number/forecast/price on the next day after duty due date.
•System Trouble Shoot when there is a query from internal or external team.
•PLM Testing and Asia PLM issues resolution.
•BW Reporting Testing and BW issues resolution.
•Utilize PLM data for data analysis and deliver different levels of KPI reporting to corporate team.
•Work with related department offline when a non-PLM data report is required.
•Other special projects to be assigned from manager.
