Product Development Executive (Garment) | Chuyên Viên Phát Triển Sản Phẩm (May Mặc)

As a Product Development Executive, you will report to Assistant Manager - Product Development Center and have the responsibilities as following:
Preparing, maintaining documents & providing information to relevant departments.
Setting quality standards for individual operations to ensure the bulk production is as the customer requirement.
Effective customer communication to clarify issue in line with critical path of production & pass necessary information to relevant departments & sub-contracting plants.
Offering customer newness, new technology, and new fabrics/liners/trims etc prior to season production start.
Reviewing costing & construction sheets, identify & propose alternative costing options which are profitable for the organization & feasible for production.
Following up samples in critical path from initial stage to final on time to production start dates.
Conducting the risk assessment of styles with coordinating Garment Tech, pattern maker, development merchandiser & IE.
Conducting development meeting/Technical meeting/Size set meeting/Pre production meeting/post production meeting.

Good at English communication
Graduated from University/ College with Major of Garment/Fashion Design or relevant
Commitment personality; Good at teamwork, communication skill, presentation skill & problem solving skill
Have at least 3 years of working experience as similar job role in Garment Companies
