Product Development Project Supervior/Manager

• Collaborate with Vietnam/PRC/US plants, outsource suppliers, global product design / engineering team and Asian product team to plan, implement and manage new product development program from initial stage to mass production
• Work out the quotation for potential projects. Support financial analysis and commercial justification of new projects
• Assist production line for first mass production on new product developments
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Gather and summarize project information from various sources and make it into a presentable format
• Arrange samples to customers timely and report the status weekly
• Create and manage project documents to keep all project stakeholders on the same page
• Cooperate with operation teams to monitor orders status and resolve supply issues
• Kick-off new projects with engineering and support teams to create project development plans
• Develop and streamline product development processes
• Work with QA team to handle the customer complaint

• Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and perform under pressure
• Working knowledge of Regulatory & Safety certificates for Electrical & Electronics products is a plus
• Hands-on experience in MS Office, ERP system
• Proficiency in spoken and written English. Working knowledge of Mandarin is a big plus
• Experience in Power Tools (including Battery Packs & Chargers), Hand Tools or Construction Trades (including Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC, Masonry, Plumbing) is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines
• Strong communication skills
• 5 years relevant experience in product development / project management in manufacturing industry
• Project management certificates, such as PMP is a plus.
