Within this role, the main responsibilities is sales of our varieties to our direct large customers such as growers, traders, companies and cooperatives as well as establishment to a distributor network. You will also support the product development to develop new possibilities. We are looking for a salesperson who is motivated to help growers improve their crops. Next to maintaining the existing market share, you develop new opportunities by networking and marketing activities with companies, growers and governmental agencies in the region. You will work in close co-operation with several colleagues in Rijk Zwaan, both in and outside Vietnam. You will also be key person to understand and translate market demand to R&D teams and establishing trials to develop a strong portfolio in some key segments in crops.
Rijk Zwaan Viet Nam is committed to develop the vegetable market through introduction and promotion of high quality varieties as well as modern horticulture technical transfer: To contribute to our development and particularly in the greenhouse industry around Da Lat we have a vacancy for a motivated sales person to maintain and develop the market in Lam Dong province.

We are seeking a sales person with:
- An experience in greenhouse farming industry is highly appreciated
- A passion for developing a network of influential decision makers
- A Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, good level of English
- At least 5 years of successful experience in agriculture related sales
- Ability to select key location/partners and set-up vegetable selection trials
Furthermore, you are a team player with strong communication skills and ability to multi-tasks (work with different crops, partners, in different provinces). You enjoy working with clients and take care of good arrangements. You keep track of the latest developments in the horticultural industry and are able to learn fast in order to bring high-quality solutions to your partners. You will join an ambitious team in development, an independent, self starting attitude is crucial.
