Product Manager

AVF is a smart retail company. We use Vending machine as Customer touchpoint to connect consumer and brand. With a huge network of customer touchpoint, we aim to provide consumer a seamless and convenient buying experience,at the same time, offer brands understanding of and exposure to our beloved consumer everywhere, at anytime.
AVF is now present at 8 provinces in Vietnam. Our mission is to be 1 in the Vending market with a large network of Customer touchpoint covering the country, modernising the traditional retail industry and providing values for both consumer and brand.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Oversee and coordinate all activities of IT department: analyze requirements from end-users, partners, management team and other departments, design appropriate and effective solutions, plan and responsible for implementing the project from start to finish;
- Be the focal point for communication with customers and other stakeholders of the project;
- Manage project papers, documents and records.
- Build, train and manage IT team for projects and activities of the company;
- Perform market researches to thoroughly understand products and market trends, user experience to form a customer- and market-oriented solution and implementation strategy;
- Report progress, quality and related issues of the project to BOD;
- Collect feedbacks and analyze data when product(s) launched in the market for improvement and improvement plans;
- Plan and manage scope of work, manpower, resources, technology, progress and any adjustment/changing requirements of the project;

REQUIREMENT
- 3+ years experience in Product Management or related roles (technical project manager/strategy etc)
- Fluency in English is a must, with strong competency in Mandarin a good plus.
- Experienced in the Retail industry, especially Vending machine business is a huge advantage;
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with a knack for articulating complex concepts and strategies, straddling engineering and business teams as well as non-technical customers;
- Familiar with modern development methods and lifecycles (e.g. scrum, sprint, agile) with a keen eye on coordinating internal and external timelines for accurate product delivery;
- Bachelor’s degree with a technical/business background is strongly encouraged (Computer science/Software Engineering/Information Systems/Business Analytics etc);
