Product Manager

The product manager will own our embedded finance platform and be responsible for directing, coordinating, implementing new features up to the delivery. He/ she will have to maintain a product roadmap on the basis of measurable outcomes and measure those outcomes to implement a transparent iterative process . Importantly, this role will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to hit business success of products, making it central to our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Discuss integration plans with e-commerce Marketplaces and third party vendors (eKYC, Credit scoring service, etc.) and execute the integration plans
Coordinate with all the stakeholders (both internal and external) and find solutions in terms of business requirements
Lead sprints planning (in agile development) with the team and facilitate the team to estimate the development
Document business requirements and make decisions related to product features
Define metrics we should check on a regular basis regarding the impact of new features (user number, conversion rate, etc.), monitor the metrics, and capture customers’ pain points into the product development cycle

Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and common architectures
Capability to define product requirements with deep understanding of technical and business needs
Experience of at least 3-5 years in product management
Excellent communication skills (both English and Vietnamese)
Knowledge of identity management, such as OpenID Connect and OAuth2.0 is a plus
Problem-solving and leadership skills
Experience in handling multiple stakeholders to make decisions
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
