Product Manager – Digital Living Platform

Produce Product team reports to communicate to other stakeholders
Own product specifications, requirements, and release plans
Represent Product team in cross-team projects to communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences including cross-functional teams, technical, and business owners
Guide collaboration among POs of different product functions to achieve consistent customer journey and smooth end-to-end flows
Ensure that all POs adhere to common product frameworks approved by the Director of Product & Commercial
Participate in user conferences and customer facing situations as a product expert
Manage Product Owner (PO) with product best practices
Identify opportunities, build product vision and understand market needs, roadmap and strategy as assigned by the Director of Product & Commercial.
Create efficient processes within Product team
Work with technology team to produce world-class products driven by technology visionaries, domain experts, and customers
Manage progress of product design and completion of other tasks for all POs
Assist the Director of Product & Commercial in providing feedback to junior POs regarding product roadmap, process, or product design
Research customer and user needs, write user stories, partner with user experience team for rapid prototyping, and work with engineering department to develop marketable products

Good educational background
A hands-on professional with strong analytical skills coupled with strategic thinking
3-5 years experiences in building products/ or a role of Business Analyst.
Alternatively, strong desire to learn fast.
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Strong organizational skills with the ability to align inspire and motivate others.
Eager to follow Product career path
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese.
