The Product Manager is responsible for the overall success of a product, from conception to launch and beyond. This includes defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, working with engineering to develop the product, and marketing and selling the product to customers. The Product Manager must be a strong communicator and collaborator, with the ability to work effectively with cross- functional teams.
What you will do
Develop and articulate an inspiring vision for the product management team and ensure team members are aligned with company goals and objectives;
Encourage and facilitate cross- functional collaboration between engineering, marketing, and design teams;
Manage and lead a team of product management professionals;
Ensure products meet compliance and regulatory standards;
Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities;
Monitor product performance and provide insights to stakeholders;
Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and product requirements;
Manage the product roadmap, including planning and prioritizing product releases;
Monitor team performance and provide mentoring, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Develop and implement product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs;
Foster an innovative and agile team environment that encourages risk- taking, experimentation, and continuous learning;
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to identify, prioritize and execute the development of products;

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing or related field;
Technical education background is a plus;
