This position will focus on these Key Responsibilities in Marketing
-Be the OTx Range Marketing expert in Vietnam.
-Optimize and Manage Marketing Activities in collaboration with other stakeholder (RA, CHC Operation National Manager)
-Identify product pipeline and spearhead Key products launches in Vietnam (Pre-reco, business Planning, SFA & Reco process)
-People Development & Competences: Product Knowledge & Customer message delivery via new tools (Digicall)
- Report directly to Marketing Manager - Vietnam.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Guarantee company's expertise and deep Market knowledge in OTx products
-Be the company's product expert on OTx products ranges
-Market surveys:
•Launch a global market survey (qualitative, quantitative, trials etc.) and always monitor the market evolution (global size, segments, etc.)
•Set up a focus group/ KOL advisory Board approach when it comes to launching new products
-Sales forecasts & analysis
•Take part in the monthly S&Op process to define ITM sales forecasts and importation plan
•Regularly review product sales performance to determine problem areas and recommend needed solutions.
-Development material
•Supply various development materials while making sure the corporate design chart is respected: product files, publications, website
•Set up relevant development programs to increase Distributor's sales
-Implement global Effectiveness Best practices in Vietnam

-Competitors watch & Objection handling
•Set up a new process on Chatter to watch the competition (price, positioning, message delivery to customers, strategy, product pictures, etc.) and prepare arguments to counters trike
•Interact with CHC Operation National Manager and field force to receive feedback on new/existing products and take actions => Help them to manage customer questions & objection handling
2.Optimize and manage activities for development
-Carry-out an in-depth internal survey to review/re-assess the impact on each kind of marketing activities:
•Clinical cases/trials, sampling, gimmicks, MR kits, round-table, sponsoring, speaker tours, nationwide congresses, development material, VIP and Customer meetings, seminars, congresses, symposia, etc
-Define the yearly Development Plan in cooperation with FF Managers
•Marketing activities mix and budget
•Product priority, SOV, etc.
•Set up an ambition clinical case yearly plan to increase customers product usage commitment and brand awareness (systematic integration in Digital & Marketing material required)
-Customer & KOL management
•Initiate a KOL management approach on ASF (identify KOLs, VIPs, etc) and set-up relevant action plan to increase their Awareness, Interest, Desire and Adoption
•Set up "Brickwall criteria" and coordinate with FF to increase KOL fidelity via Brickwall Score
•Optimize Customer targeting and review it every 6/12 months according to marketing campaigns products priorities
-Use and train FF on Development Activities on AFF
•Plan, carry out, & and follow up all development activities via AFF
-Specific Focus: define Marketing/promotion program for Pharmacies
•If relevant, set up actions on other channels (pharmacies, Private clinics, etc.)
3.Identify the Product Pipeline Plan and Implement Product Launches via the Recommendation Process
-Identify the product pipeline from full existing Urgo Range product, based on Market product potential in Vietnam
-Fully implement the Pre-RECO and RECO process for product launches, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders (FF, Finance, etc) to successfully build recommendations
-Scan/Focus/Act approach and Key Success Factors to be set up, KPI to be monitored up to 6 months after launch
-Set up relevant pre-marketing activities, including Clinical Cases/Trials (Regional methodology to be applied)
-Manage the product life cycle:
-Respect registration and quality procedures, in coordination with Regulatory/Quality Affairs manager Vietnam
•register the products in time
•respect Company right quality process (return of damaged goods, pharmaco-vigilance, samples usage, etc.)
•Manage Marketing Campaigns and promotional activities in compliance with VN law
4.Improve Competences: Product Knowledge and Message delivery within the organization
-Define yearly knowledge plan (Products, Pathology, Competitors)
•Design Monthly quizzes (30 questions), to be cascaded by TIMBA Survey every month and during each NSM
•Whenever ready, launch the corporate e-learning module in Vietnam
-Design and manage a marketing training program for Field Force
•New comer training
•New product training
•Digicall, Marketing activities on AFF training
•National sales meeting and special trainings
-Design and manage customer message delivery:
•Digicall yearly design plan (including clinical cases)
•Digicall training to Field Force
•Whenever ready, launch Closed-Loop-Marketing (CLM) Module
"The right product to the right customer, and the right message for the right product"
5.Define yearly knowledge plan (Products, Pathologies, Competitors)
-Allocate budget for each product/marketing activity, in ASF
-Manage and control Marketing budget through operational reporting
-Propose New Marketing budget every year for MPT, based on innovative and most impactful activities
-Give clear presentations about Marketing actions and results during EB meetings
-Strongly cooperate with National Sales Managers to design the best budget allocation
6.Management objectives: Successfully collaborate within URGO VN & Asia Teams
-Boost Development of Self Care Marketing Assistant by giving the right objectives, the right assignments at the right time and career evolution perspectives
-Coordinate and regularly meet with Asia Marketing to increase knowledge and acquire best practices
-Collaborate in synergic mode with:
•CHC Operation National Manager
•Specialty Care Product Manager

Yêu cầu công việc


-Marketing background with science knowledge. Pharmacist or doctor might be a plus.
-Candidates with experience in B2C appreciated
-Previous Marketing experience
-Sales and management experience required
-Fluent in English (verbal and written) & Excellent Vietnamese (verbal and written)
