Product Manager (Technology Project)

Primary Activities 
● Be the Project Manager / Project Delivery Manager for  Technology Projects responsible for the Vietnam product.  
● Work closely with the regional product team to ensure  product is aligned and following best practices. 
● Engage with stakeholders from all departments and  understand their needs for technology transformation and  support. 
● Ensure Project lifecycle processes are followed.  
• Define Software Project Requirements and finalize  scope. 
• Engage with remote and regional teams and get the  Project executed successfully. 
• Ensure all the relevant project processes are followed  by the team from requirements to release. 
● Lead the Vietnam Sprint team following Agile/Scrum  processes. 
• Measure operational efficiency and ensure continuous &  agile support is maintained. 
● Maintain the overall project portfolio health. 
• Identity Project risks from timeline, resourcing and  operational dependencies.  
● Suggest enhancements to software delivery processes and  bring them to life.

Skills & Experience:
● Minimum 6 years of Project Management experience in  delivering customer facing platforms. 
● Experience in managing remote teams. 
● Experience running Sprints, Agile/Scrum. 
● Knowledge of tools like Smartsheet, Jira and Confluence.
● PM Certifications are a plus (PMP, Scrum Master/CSPO). 
● Fluent in Enlish and Vietnamese.
