As a fast- growing startup, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Content Lead with a deep understanding of the B2B e- commerce or technology landscape. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a creative storyteller, and a data- driven individual who can translate complex information into compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies
Oversee content localization initiatives to support international market expansion.
Conduct in- depth market research and competitive analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.
Content Creation & Optimization
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on- brand content assets.
Develop compelling product marketing content for new features and existing solutions.
Create engaging email marketing campaigns with high conversion rates.
Take ownership of ideating and executing product launch and go- to- market campaigns.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to implement automated marketing workflows for content distribution and engagement
Create high- quality, informative, and engaging content across various formats, including website, social media, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Product and Business teams to understand customer pain points and translate complex B2B solutions into clear, engaging content
Cross- functional Collaboration & Growth Initiatives
Team Management
Directly supervise and mentor one Senior Product & Marketing Content. Set content strategy, KPIs, and quality standards for all deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in product marketing or content creation, preferably in a B2B or e- commerce environment. At least 2 years of team management experience.
Understanding of UX writing principles
Proactive, responsible, collaborative, and with a strong startup mentality.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proven experience in developing high- impact website content for platforms or digital businesses.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful content strategies across multiple channels.
Proficient in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and marketing automation tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
