Job Description
In charge of jobs to Develop, organize and monitor Product marketing activities according to company direction and sales objectives.
Build and manage the product information database for internal use and for communication tools:
• Translate technical details into benefits for the users
• Study and understand well the overall and details of company products and competitor products
• Craft compelling messages across marketing channels, prepare product intro presentation for sales purposes
• Prepare the product line-up for Sales tools & Marketing tools (Catalogues, Promotion Brochure, Leaflets, Website)
Work closely with Production team to prepare, draft and check these tools before production.
• Act as the window person between Sales and R&D to check product information.
• Cooperate with R&D team to organize and update product information database regularly
New product launching:
• Work with Planning/Marketing/and related team to Design, Implement and manage to successfully execute New product launching or Key products promotion (Product info, Product materials including photo shooting, Catalogue/Web, Showroom display, Training & Reviewing)
• Plan-Do-Check-Act for successful execution of new product launching plan (scheduling, presentations, timelines and documentations… )
• Work closely with R&D team and Production planning team to deliver with on time launching schedule of new products to-market and optimal resources.
Training:
• Support materials to prepare sale tools, training and packaging, labelling, manual,…
• Work with related teams to prepare Sales materials/Training materials of Product design concept, Product Specifications, Functions, User benefits, Pricing, Competitor comparison…
• Conduct Training courses for internal and external members
Market research:
• Involve in market research activities (internal or out-source) in order to assess opportunities to increase sales volume (market research, sensing, pricing and competitor analysis).
• Work closely with Sales team to understand, analysis and develop suitable product strategies for each local markets.
• Identify changing customers&039; needs, anticipate future issues.
• Identify market needs and conduct necessary market survey for marketing purposes.
Other tasks as assigned by team leader/Manager/Director.
