Product Marketing Supervisor

Brand management:

Generate innovative ideas to promote TOA’s brand and TOA’s products
Manage TOA’s brand portfolio by developing and applying specific marketing techniques in order to create, grow, protect, and/or transform the brand into a tangible asset as perceived by the marketplace
Manage the cross-functions commitments on the growth actions deployment and business objectives of branding

Make & execute plan for TOA’s offer portfolio:

Develop and implement of the annual marketing plan for group of assigned products to enhance brand awareness and maximize the business with them and achieving the sales target
Analyse & deploy the pricing strategies
Recommend and lead implementation of needed tactical initiatives and changes in the marketing mix

Market intelligence: Conduct survey to dather specific information (competitors’ product offer, price, promotion, delivery, credit policy …) to adapt effectively to the change of market situation
Customer relationship management (Identify and develop key accounts):

Work closely with Sales team and MarCom manager to define and execute plans for demand creation and brand awareness within the offer portfolio in charge
Develop key customer relationship and develop action plan for each customer. Ensure continuity of effective communication with customers
Organize seminars for customer to raise their competency level and also get upstream information on projects to act more quickly and increase our chance to win

University degrees, preferably major in Marketing, Business Administration, Foreign Trade
Ability to learn, good communication skills and result-oriented
Computer literate and presentation skills
3–year experience in working in similar position
Understand company’s products and competitor’s
Willing to travel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge in opportunity management and plan management
