Product Owner (English, Product Manager)

Journey mapping and utilising tools to prioritise feature development
Collaborate with the technology team, including Business Analysts and Developers, to ensure product requirements are met
Maintaining your product backlog and provide progress reports to the Product Director
Create product roadmaps and translate them into a product backlog
Write and clearly define requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
Conduct user testing
Research, compile and analyse user product feedback
Research and analyse the market, competitors, and latest trends
Product planning and delivery, documentation and internal user training.
Collaborate with the Product Director and other members of the Product team to deliver on the overall product vision and strategy
Collaborate with the Design team (UI/UX) to ensure products delight end users
Acting as a point of contact between teams and stakeholders, as well as keeping customers and stakeholders updated on the status of the product

Exceptional communication, presentation, organization and time management skills
Experience in user research and utilising data to drive decisions
Excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate
Ability to make fast decisions
3+ years’ of Product Management experience in either a Product Owner or Product Manager role.
Excellent intercultural skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse groups and stakeholders
In-depth knowledge and experience of agile methodologies
Experience in financial technology is a plus
Fluent in English
Great analytical skills
Self-motivator with exemplary planning and execution skills
High attention to detail
An understanding of the Australian digital payments landscape or digital products in Australia will be highly regarded
In-depth knowledge and experience in defining and articulating customer requirements and turning these into user stories
Have an understanding of design thinking methodologies
Experience in road mapping and prioritisation
Experience in digital products is a must!
