Product Owner

- Product vision, roadmap and release backlog (with others)
- Sprint backlog
- Definitions of done (functional)
- Build shared understanding and alignment within scrum team from high-level product vision to details.
- Be a go-to / one-stop person for all product related clarifications.
- Clearly articulate business value of every backlog item.

- A member of scrum team responsible for translating business vision to epics and structure them further to product capabilities viz. features and user-stories.
- Responsible to defining and prioritizing features and stories, continuously.
- Owns and maintains on-going release and sprint backlogs.
- Co-develop product vision with stakeholders.
- Continuously create and groom product backlog and sprint backlog.
- Continuously prioritize, at all levels, based on business value.
- Define product requirements in form of clear unambiguous features and user stories.
- Lead sprint planning meetings from product perspective with requisite details.
- Align entire scrum team to arrive at shared understanding of product vision and user story details.
- Guide ‘intra-scrum team’ handover synchs. prior to commencement and after completion of user stories.
-Escalate key functional topics, as reqd., in scrum of scrums and other relevant fora.
