Amnis Finance - Pioneering Liquid Staking (LSD) on Aptos

As a foundational component of Aptos ecosystem, Amnis Finance introduces a secure, user-friendly and innovative liquid staking protocol that empowers users to effortlessly maximize returns on their APT tokens while unlocking their liquidity.

Staking Aptos on Amnis is like holding Aptos but better — You will be able to use your tokens across the Aptos DeFi ecosystem while earning yield and securing the network!

• Contribute to building the roadmap for the development of a new product 


• Effective collaboration with partners to gather and clarify requirements.


• Own the roadmap for your workstream, you are responsible for the success and impact that your workstream bring to our client & the product as a whole


• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features that will add value to clients in the banking and finance sector


• Translate product requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development teams


• Ensure that the product meets the highest standards of quality and performance in your workstream


• Collaborate with developers, BA, to ensure successful product delivery


• Monitor and analyze market trends and emerging technologies to provide insights on potential new features and enhancements


• Continuously improve the product backlog and prioritize user stories to align with company strategy


• Create and maintain product documentation to ensure effective communication with stakeholders

• Ability to zoom in - analyzing a problem, pain point in depth; and zoom out - maintaining a clear picture of business impact, constraints, dependencies of all features & problems to effectively prioritize and ensure overall success


• Go to the bottom of things, problems, metrics to derive key drivers. Listen intensely and think deeply to discover disruptive insights


• Familiarity with UX design principles, wireframing tools, and design collaboration platforms.


• Mindful of feelings, emotions, needs and wants of customers, colleagues and yourself


• Exceptional problem-solving skills: think from first principles to validate insights, ask thoughtful questions, create well considered solutions that have a clear path to delivering large value


• Good analytical and abstraction skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into smaller parts and identify key issues


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity of thought


• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria


• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders


• Extreme ownership, ready to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to realize the vision


• Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, keeping commitment with multiple objectives, and work well under pressure


• Strong learning ability and self-motivation to acquire new knowledge

Preferred

• Degree or strong experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Consulting


• At least 1 year in same position 


• Experience with Web3 products is must have


• Knowledge Blockchain market, Aptos
