Product Planning Supervisor

- Establish, organize and supervise programs and KPIs of the unit; monitor and analyze production results, cost of the factory; monitor first production for new products, new materials, new recipe;
- Propose improvement plans for programs and production results;
- Be accountable for the unit performance and results; manage to stable operation, safety, environment, quality and compliance goals;
- Implement skill development training for subordinates;
- Supervise and control activities related to transportation hiring and making contracts;
- Support managers to plan an effective budget;
- Complete assigned mission and target from superior in responsible scope and support employees to complete the unit objective.

- Professional management style, high responsibility
- Effective plan setting and execution, problem finding and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in calculating, analyzing and analytical thinking;
- Advanced self-development ability;
- Good cooperation, leadership and resources management skills;
- Knowledge of cost accounting and supply chain;
- Bachelor’s Degree
