Business Analyst
The Business Analyst (BA) team within Integrated Risk Department plays a pivotal role in the success of the organization, bridging the gap between the development, design and product management teams. He/she will hand- on business & technical requirement documents in assigned projects in Risk division such as: Calculating Risk Weighted Asset, IFRS9 … BA also works with our various technology and business groups to groom detailed requirement for development teams to execute. And BA is key team player, problem solver and detail- oriented person.
Responsibilities:

Create or update project deliverables, artifacts and business / technical specifications in accordance with requirements.
Prepare Graphic User Interface (UI / UX).
Facilitate the requirement from high- level & drill down to detail level which supports to be developed.
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to project schedules
Work with Product Owner in Product Backlog grooming, User Story development and prioritization. Generate stories to a level of detail that will enable code to be written and tested without defects; write acceptance criteria and support to generate test scripts.
Build- up BRD / Feature List / SRS document (including Business / Technical Use Case, Functional / Non Functional Requirements) in daily basis. Or contribute in defining Business Case, Request for Proposal (RFP) if any request.
Act as requirement proxy when transferring or collaborating with multiple technical teams.
Conduct requirement workshop / user training session for related audiences.

Qualifications:

Good at English, professional working style, can- do attitude
PowerBI, Tableau
05 years of hands- on experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience in Business Intelligence project, proficient in BI software (e.g: PowerBI, Tableau, DevExpress, Excel…).
Strong knowledge of SQL and database scripting.
02 years experience of working with Agile Development teams.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
03 year experience in Finance and Banking industry.
Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to last relationships with the scrum team(s) you are part of.
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast paced work environment

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

Experience of working with JIRA, Confluence.
Ability to read code in order to understand system behavior.
Understand & experience on Agile & Scrum.
Appreciation of responsive web design.
