Product Specialist (Biomedical/ Life Sciences)

• Successful candidate will play a liaison role between customers and the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction and long- term account goals.• Responsible to communicate with suppliers for problem- solving and synthesize user requirements.• With a strong self- motivation and a sense of innovation in mind, you will help identify new opportunities to improve company revenue generation as well as the company business strategy.• Consistently maintain accurate and current records of the company&039;s product performance
RESPONSIBILITIES• Prepare detailed technical procedures and protocols• Prepare reports and documentation providing highly technical analysis or summarization of experimental results, outcomes, and the future direction• Organize and host webinars/seminars/workshops in a clear and comprehensible presentation• Engage in new product introduction activities for instruments and/or assays• Build internal and external training materials• Thrive in a dynamic and fast- paced work environment• Communicate at subject matter expert level when conveying complex biomolecular workflow to users• Able to travel when needed

• Bachelor&039;s degree, or higher in Biology/Biotechnology/Biomedical Science with one or more years of relevant experience in clinical laboratory instrumentation
• Able to communicate clearly and frequently with all levels of management
• Fluent in English i.e. must be able to speak intelligibly, legibly, effectively, and efficiently with English native speakers

• Probation: 2 months
• Understand customer expectations and empathize with customer needs
• Excellent analytical, problem- solving and decision- making skills
• Work hours: Monday – Friday (Morning: 8h30 – 12h00, Afternoon: 13h00- 17h30)
• Able to operate various laboratory equipment including thermocyclers, pipettes, biosafety cabinets, vortex mixer, etc. for extended periods
• Previous experience in field application support
