Product Trainer

- Annual budget planning and control for Training Team
- Design and prepare educational aids and materials
- Adopt accepted education principles, improve and apply new training methods, techniques and materials to achieve best performance for each training session
- Coordinate with other departments to plan & execute effectively annual training sessions for internal employees & external participants from Distributors/Retailers
- In charge of overall nationwide training programs for 3 brands: INAX, GROHE, AMERICAN STANDARD
- Team management
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
- Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on participant skills
- Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
- Apply appropriate training methods (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes etc.)
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records

- Having knowledge or experience in sanitary ware industry & bathroom fixtures is a plus
- Proven working experience in coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting with extensive knowledge of learning management systems & web delivery tools
- Strong ability to complete full training cycle, familiarity with different training methods and techniques
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, ability to use basic 2D design – video maker or motion picture software
- Proficient in English
- Willing to travel for business trip according to job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Education, Training or related field
