Production and Quality Management (Key Account Executive)

*Production management
- Monitor the production process to make sure that product comes out with on-spec /on-time
* Inspection management
- Follow up inspection at suppliers to minimize and avoid the defects
* Kaizen
- Support kaizen process to improve the quality / reduct production cost
***Responsibilities
● Share and instruct necessary actions with team and partners to satisfy quality and deliery requirements
● Understand quality CADDi&039;s quality standards and the quality requirements of customers and then communicate those information with supply partners to minimize the defect
● Improve quality level of supplier partners by introducing appropraite inspection and kaizen process
● Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
● Collaborate with other department for continuous quality improvement
● Set quality standard plan and execute necessary strategy to realize the exponential growth of CADDi platform Resolve issues that come up (defect, delay, accidents)

* Requirements (Strongly Preferred)
● Set and follow KPI/KGI to maximize the output of organization
● Experience in working at factory, manufacturing sites or warehouses
● Analyze, review and improve workflow to increase productivity
* Requirements (Recommended)
● Experience as quality manager
● Any relevant experience in quality assurance/standards such as ISO 9000/9001
● Experience in manufacturing or metal processing industry
● Experience in developing factory warehouse or supply chain from scratch
● Knowledge and understanding about drawing of manufacturing parts
● Proficiency in Japanese(JLPT N2+) or English

● Fluent in Japanese
