Production Control

Interactions:
-Work with Production and Store in tracking outstanding shipment requirement and monitor the inventory/components for all work orders
-Liaise with buyer to purchase components based on supply demand .
-Liaise with Production on the production schedule, priority of loading and follow-up on components shortages to support loading.
Functions:
- Monitor production activities closely to ensure production department is meeting the planned target and loaded according to priorities
- Control in-out materials and products. Always keep supplying on time for lines.
- Control finish products and cooperate with logistics to keep delivery on time.
- Issue material requirement based on lead time and planning
- Manage work order release to the production and expedite production loading through JORN (Job Order Released Notification)
- Prepare production / shipment schedule according to customer demands or system requirement.
- Cooperate with purchase and logistics to keep demand of material for production.
Results/ Output:
- Together with purchasing to keep material requirement strictly to avoid shortage cases.
- Planning for production to keep customer demand in Oracle and shipping requirement
- Control effectively inventory.
- Control and manage forecast, planning and scheduling for production

Recruitment requirements:
1 .Graduated from University , major : business, industrial system .
2 .At least 2 years experience about working at same position .
3 .Know to use computer & Intermediate English – Toeic above 500
