Production Deputy Manager

- Take lead in building the capacity plan for the factory
- Keep contact with production team regarding capacity and production status.
- Lead and monitor the material supplies to ensure non-stop production
- Be in charge of making and monitoring quarterly/monthly/weekly production planning and material planning to meet the customer’s orders.
- Constantly identify and analyze better methods, processes and procedures focused on increasing the plant’s efficiency and reducing production costs related to misassortment, obsolete materials, capacity constraints, and capacity with products management system of the Company
- Monitor orders vs. capacity to avoid potential overproduction/underproduction

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 5 years experiences at the same positions in manufacturing company (Metal processing, Car industry, motobike components….)
- Fluency in English
- Ability to promote teamwork in a production environment.
- College/University Degree (Graduated from Forestry major is prefered)
- Management skill
