- Providing leadership, motivation, and guidance to a team of designers and packing engineers,
- Making strategic decisions about design elements, materials, manufacturing methods, and other factors that affect a product’s performance, safety, cost, and aesthetics,
- Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and manufacturing to ensure successful product development and launch,
- Create detailed project plans and timelines for all aspects of product development,
- Manage and track progress of product development against milestones and objectives, adjusting plans as needed,
- Identify and assess risks throughout the product development process, developing mitigation strategies as needed,
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders during product development,
- Oversee quality control and testing procedures during product development and post-launch,
