Mission Statement
Optimize & Standardise the Production’s Processes, Methods and Equipment in close cooperation with Production Management and R&D in order to improve productivity in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs and safety, environment focus.
Main Accountabilities:
Production process development
1b. Evaluates new process technologies to improve productivity, quality and cost reduction, defining and leading testing activities, approval criteria and external provider choices.
1a. Ensures the production process complies with the targets and requirements. Approves the design for processes developed internally or externally and performs final tests before official deployment.
1c. FMEA & Lean Six Sigma methods involvement to mitigate production process risks and monitor process capability.
Work Instruction Assurance
2b. Ensures appropriate production methods, cycle-time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets.
2a. Defines the working phase sequence (Work Instructions) of each production process in order to assure compliance of quality but achieve productivity and effeciency.
Production Quality Support
3a. Provide Technical Support to Production during the internal/external process/equipment start-up, defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources.
3b. Provide Technical Support to Hot Quality Issues, Root Cause Countermeausre Analysis, Test Failure Reduction Program, Kick-off Meeting, Tender projects.

➢ Budgeted revenue for PGTR: 100 MUSD (Target to 2030: 160 MUSD)
- Distribution Transformers: 45 MUSD
- Power Transformers: 55 MUSD
Challenges:
➢ Coordinate with Global/Hub Business Line and relevant departments (Production, Facility, Engineering, Sales, SCM and Quality…) for production process & instruction development & implementation.
➢ Consolidating data to proposal and/or develop for the mid-term develop plan of factory especially new manufacturing and engineering process.
➢ Work hard in studying many global standard instructions and benchmark with other factories to build-up & sustain local standards accordingly.
