Production Director

• To execute and fulfill the production planning, meeting the scheduled delivery and high level of quality control.
• To co-ordinate and communicate well with different departments regarding all production and technical issues and the improvement on production efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• To develop system and procedures to help and maximize the operational efficiency and overhead control.
• To implement, follow and meet the compliance audit requirement by trade.
• To manage the whole manufacturing operations in 2 independent factories across VN with mass workforce.

• Good English in both written and spoken.
• Efficient and effective use of resources.
• Able to improve and set up quality control team from procedure, execution to recruitment.
• Lean management is a definite plus.
• Minimum 15 years of solid experience and knowledge in garment manufacturing, on functional outerwear is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and motivation with sound problem solving skills.
• Extensive managerial experience and proven track record in manufacturing operations and implementation of policies for recruitment, training and retaining workforce.
