International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global Electrical/Electronics company. Our client is looking for a professional and experienced candidate with at least 10 years of working experience in the production management level in the manufacturing industry for the Production Director role. The job is based in Quang Ngai.
Job Summary:
The Production Director is responsible for all the production & maintenance activities for the factory in Quang Ngai.
Job Responsibilities:
- Following the approved plan/norm in terms of implementing, directing, and controlling production activities.
- Oversee all parts of production activities to ensure that all standards of quality, cost, safety, reliability, timeliness, and performance are met company strategy
- Provide clear leadership to the production team. Assign jobs and supervise the team as per the production plan.
- Responsible for measuring and improving the effectiveness of all internal and external processes to reach and exceed profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives. Provides quick, accurate, and thorough reports on the manufacturing&039;s operational status.
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual production plans based on the company&039;s strategic direction.
- Checking, evaluating, and reporting on the factory&039;s production status, labor efficiency, production process, and irregularities (if any) on a monthly basis to the Factory Manager.
- Approve and guarantee the design of the production equipment system meets standards and quality

- Ability to act quickly and comprehend the importance of a situation.
- Problem-solving abilities and an analytical mind
- Able to work independently, handle the high-pressure job, and meet deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
- 10 years of working experience in a similar job in the manufacturing industry
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree
- Professional communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese and English, both orally and in writing
- Strong management and leadership skills
