Production Engineer (TK)

• To collect all data related to productivity, quality and work with team or related department to initiate the improvement action.
• To provide all technical supports, troubleshooting, repair the malfunction of machines and equipment.
• To repair the malfunction of machines and equipment and document activities accordingly
• To co-operate with QM/IPQC/Project team to make detail validation plan (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new products/ new machine/ new mold/...
• To control production activities according to GMP, Bioburden, ISO 13485 & ISO 9001 standards at all the times.
• Implement the production/product change for TK and Drip Chamber and Bloodfilter
• To supervise and ensure technicians to perform daily monitoring on the operating machines, setting parameters and ensure it is compliance of standards/ specification.
• Perform quality improvement and preventive action following DIR, A3 and CAPA.
Production.
• Documentation all the problem-solving method with detail step by step to sharing
for the team.
• Build a SOP with detail information to guideline how to deal with individual error
code of TK modules, Bloodfiler machines, A325 machine..

• University Degree/Diploma in Automation/Mechatronics/Electrical or technical
background
• Experience in with PLC system control is an added advantage
• Knowledge in Injection Molding Process with hydraulic Injection molding machine/
• Knowledge in ISO requirements and prefer also GMP requirements
• Have at least 5-year-working experience in production

• Right Communication with person and organized Skills.
• To be self-disciplined, punctual, and reliable.
• Perfect knowledge about the Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP
• Lean manufacturing knowledge (6 Sigma - 5S)
• Drive production team to reach the KPI
