Production & Maintenance Supervisor

Control production processes in accordance with daily and monthly production plan to get all finished products at required quality standard
Support Production Manager with disposition of finished goods, raw materials, packaging in efficiency to make it convenient for the relocation of goods, also included checking the cleaning inside and surrounding factory
Check and control over spare parts as well as make purchase request.
Update direct superior on urgent issues immediately and consult as required.
Instruct and comment on daily, monthly production management work as per plan with the Shift Leader.
Deploy the company objectives and target throughout organization​
Create the continuous improvement atmosphere to drive subordinates to achieve the target
Analyze the cause of problem and corrective actions for the machinery breakdown that may affect production in order to get productivity and required quality.
Other responsibilities as per assignment of Plant Manager and Production Manager.
Control and monitor the performance of technicians and workers in production line based on the required procedure and method to ensure the production efficiency and reduction of possible risks.
Continually monitor and evaluate activities of subordinates and instruct them if necessary
Follow KPI targets including the brief of work efficiency and monthly report to Production Manager.
Supervise subordinates to make them focus on their work as per Work Instruction including requirements of ISO, HACCP, GMP, KPI.
Foresee any issues that may become urgent and set the preventive action

Yêu cầu công việc

Education:Bachelor degree or higher level in Electrical- Electronics / Automation / Industrial electricity/ Mechatronic
Experience:
Experience in leading production lines is a must
Priority candidates with knowledge of TPM, PLC​
At least 3 year-experience at the same role in FMCG (F&B is a plus)
Languages:Good command in English (a must)
