Production Manager

Position: PRODUCTION MANAGER
Workplace: Yen Phong, Bac Ninh
MAIN JOB
- Analyze budgets and continuously control production costs and identify/rectify waste measures.
- Manage and support SHEQ initiatives and objectives.
- Cost management of products and assist with new product costing models.
- Define, propose and implement the production plan
- Focus on growing business and revenue by implementing necessary changes to product/production line to enter new markets or grow existing territories.
- Create and implement organizational production changes on an operative level.
- Manage all parts within production department
- Manage all activities within the production process, including maintenance and the workforce.

REQUIREMENT
- Major: Electric, electrical equipment, automation
- Good people management skills.
- Being able to develop good working relationships and trust with various teams.
- Identifying problems and implement preventative strategies to minimize risk.
- Good at English or Korean
- Excellent communication, numeracy and computer literacy skills.
- Working well with many different departments and external suppliers.
- Always keeping the end-user/customer in mind.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability and be very detail-oriented.
- Have at least 5 years experience in manufacturing especially in electrical panel
- Being results and deadline-driven.
