Production Manager (Bình Phước)

* Summary:

- The production manager has the responsibility of all the production departments including Planning - Operation and Quality Mangaement. The position will require a full understanding of solid wood or flooring manufacturing techniques.
- The production manager position will be in charge of ensuring qualified products to meet the exacting demands of international customers
* Main duties:

- Work with management to implement the company’s policies and goals
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers
- Support internal set up of proper arrangement to use of available resources, men, money, machines, materials and methods of production inside the factory
- Oversee the production process from planning to finishing products
- Closely work with inventory department to make production plan and determine economic order size, maximum, minimum, average and danger levels of materials
- Ensure that production is cost effective
- Measure the level of performance of work by a worker and suggest an improvement
- Some responsibilities like: cost control, standardisation and storage, price analysis and provision of wage incentives to workers etc.
- Play a key role in the quality control and review processes to continually improve.

- Review work performance
- Responsilbe for all activities of production department and support relevant ones
- Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of machinery
- Estimate costs and set quality standards

- Proficient in MS Office and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Deep knowledge of wood or flooring production management
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Working in wood manufacturing companies is a big plus- Good at English or Chinese language
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- Technical Bachelor Degree or higher- 10 years&039; working experience in manufacturers; at least 3 years as Production Manager or Operation Manager
