Production Manager (Denim/Woven)

Position Purpose

Fully accountable for developing and achieving the operation’s strategic plan, including volume and quality target, effective deployment of resources, customer and employee satisfaction, as well as other collaborative initiatives with Hong Kong headquarter.
Leader of garment manufacturing operation

Roles & Responsibilities

Enhance efficiency of operations through continuous process improvements. Oversee the production line.
Ensure efficient delivery of products according to agreed standards.
Prepare and control operational budgets, control inventory and plan effective strategies for the financial wellbeing of the company, manage optimum costing of production activities.
Manage the plant safety and operation
Develop talents (especially independent critical thinkers), build people caring culture and plan for succession
Actively take initiatives to expand/set up continuous new facility of the operation
Attract, retain and motivate the team through effective leadership and communication
Establish best practice manufacturing systems and processes/policies in support of company goals.
Monitor and analyze the current system of production and quality.
Other tasks assigned by GM from time to time.
Effectively manage and work out plan to utilize the facility, talent and achieve aggressive target
Oversee and supervise inventory, warehouse, quality.
Actively participate in corporate initiatives and align team objectives and priorities with the broader objectives of the organization
Liaise with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas

Profound experience in woven/knit garment. Experience in denim is top preferred;
Locates in Binh Duong is top preferred.
10+ years of working experience in a garment/apparel factory;
Fluent English communication;
Leadership: 3+ years in leading role;
