Production Manager (Electronics, Chinese & English)

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for Production Manager (Electronics, $2000++, ID13810)

• In charge of production operation management, achieving manufacturing activities and improving production capacity.
• Make corresponding KPIs, approach and review.
• Ensures production schedules are being met and resolves any production schedule issues.
• Arrange production machinery and human resources to meet production targets and company strategy.
• Set the quality standards and monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control program.
• Supervise the implementation of short-term and long-term production strategies, action programs to achieve the production targets.
• Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity.
• Estimating costs and establishing quality standards
• Ensure safe process development and implementation.
• Staff performance setting & evaluation.

• Male; Age: 30 - 50 years old
• Graduate from College or higher, preferably related to majors: industrial engineering, electronics, mechanics, information technology...
• Have over 10 years of working experience in electronics manufacturing companies (PCB/PCBA/SMT...)
• Good at both English and Chinese languages
