Production Manager (Gross Salary 30 Million)

• Receiving orders, planning production
• Control the production operation process, Coordinate with departments to ensure the correct process
• Monitoring and checking product quality.
• Report the production situation in the groups periodically on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Regularly inspect and urge the Group&039;s Managers to strictly comply with regulations on production technical standards and occupational safety standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
• Establish and control the process to ensure production progress
• Manage, coordinate, use labor and materials according to the production plan.
• Coordinating with Quality Management Department to take corrective and preventive measures for products of poor quality

• Understanding of FOOD production management, FOOD quality management, FOOD production machinery lines.
• Having worked in the position of PRODUCTION in FOOD FACTORY (PAKING, AGRICULTURAL PROCESSING/FRUITS) or having experience working in FRUIT PROCESSING, PARKING factories over 3 years.
• Honesty, dynamism, creativity and high sense of responsibility, commitment to work.
• Salary: gross 30 million or more (negotiable at interview)
Requirements for Cultural Qualification
- Experience in the food processing industry (confectionery, bread, fruit processing...)
