Production Manager

Responsible for operation management production function of factory and related associated factors such as operators, equipment, vehicles, materials, process, etc.
1. Manpower
• Develop and implement, ensure safety systems and procedures for specific activities associated with process, machine and equipment when needed.
• Manage people in different shift operation.
• Recruit, train and supervise employees as needed. Initiate and lead development of employees, performance management and identify training needs. Demonstrate leadership through the development of team leaders in the area to help drive daily work and long-term improvements, analysis of shift performance.
• Assure all team members receive appropriate training relative to daily work assignments and plant operating procedures and policies.
2. Production
• Work closely with different department to optimize production and efficiency.
• Monitor daily production data waste analysis, overall equipment efficiency.
• Supervise the production of quality products that meet company and customer requirements and improve productivity through more efficient use of personnel, raw materials, equipment, and process.
• Establishes strategic direction, department objectives and provides leadership for all production related activities including quality standards, production efficiency, continuous improvement, safety standards, training needs, cost reduction and employees motivation.
• Establishes a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.
• Plan to improve the performance in different parameters of Availability of equipment, Quality Factor
• Optimize raw material consumption and daily monitoring of raw material consumption.

• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
3. Manage cost effectiveness
• Meet budget objectives for variable cost and continually seek areas to reduce costs;
• Monitor overtime and contain within budget limitations;
• Propose action plans on cost saving projects and implement the projects;
• Responsible for corrective/preventative actions in response to daily safety, product quality, and product delivery issues;
4. Report
• Analysis report of production performance and RM consumption
• Production performance in term of cost, quality and delivery
• Report any unsafe behaviors of employees or equipment and machinery
• Responsible for accurate daily ERP production reporting and raw material inventories
