Production Manager

To conduct training for production personnel from time to time. 09) To in charge of Factory House keeping.
To liaise with packing, QA, marketing departments to ensure shipments schedules are met.
To ensure all products meets both buyers in an international standard.
To check and approve daily overtime forms.
To improve the productivity from time to time.
The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.
To report any production major quality problem to Top Management.
To counter sign all product documentation and submit to Factory Manager or General Manager daily.
To ensure that the production department is running smoothly.
To ensure all production personnel are properly allocated to their respective job function.
To ensure all product documentation are carried out.
Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
To liaise with maintenance department for smooth operation of machineries.

Possess leadership qualities as well as being innovative, discipline, well-organized and pro-active team player who thrives in as fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
Would be an added advantage to have workers in ISO 9001 environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
At least 2 years experiences in the same lin (glove/rubber industry)
Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
Good command of English & Vietnamese (spoken and written).
