Production Manager

Job Purpose
To manage and execute the designated manufacturing operation to achieve profitability, efficiency/productivity, quality and cost effectiveness and other relevant business goals.
Key Roles and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)
1.To build, lead, manage and develop high efficiency & quality, on time delivery of production, from sewing to packing;
2.To monitor Production overall performance and daily operating to achieve the goals and objectives.
3.Ensure whole Production have a good 5S/Lean/Kaizen practice to provide comfortable, safety and tidy working environment
4.To cultivate a high performance culture in the dept.
5.To set and implement business performance measures.
6.To execute & control of whole SOP and work flow in production
7.Responsible for cost saving

•Bachelor’s Degree and with equivalent combination of education on garment and textile.
•With working experience in garment production management for at least 5 years.
•Knowledge in Chinese/ English and lingerie is preferable.
•Less experience will be considerred as assistant manager or senior supervisor
