Production Manager (Urgent) - Garment

The client of Navigossearch is a large FDI company in Vietnam that is looking for a production manager to manage all production operations and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with manufacturing standards, requirements, and policies, as well as to ensure the company&039;s long-term viability.
Job Description:
• Other tasks are assigned at Director
• Implement quality control programmers, adjust schedules for better cost control and optimal material utilization
• Screen and control the budget whilst, coordinating with the relevant parties to ensure the achievement of same.
• Lead and create awareness on 5S and MOS (Lean) related initiatives whilst, implementing health and safety policies/ procedures within the factory.
• Manage to the development of the organizations strategy whilst, managing all operation and production related aspects of the factory.
• Check factory performance by monitoring efficiency levels of all modules whilst, identifying training and development needs of employees in order to fulfill current and future organizational requirements.
• Inform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
• Keep good relations with the employees and handle employee grievances in order to create a harmonious work environment.
• Monitor the production processes, productivity rates, product standards, assure manufacturing quality standards
• Work closely with relevant departments and provide information to support the decision making process.

Strong Communication skill both English and Vietnamese
Degree / Diploma in relevant field with over 8 years of work experience in a similar capacity in Garment Manufacturing
Good analytical & numerical skills
Good management
Proven working experience in the garment factory.
