Production Manager

Monitor and improve the Manufacturing process and get necessary internal operations
Perform other related duties as assigned;
Support, e.g., human resources, financial process, business system set-up etc;
People management and development;
Lead the Manufacturing team to reach client’s KPIs target under the condition of acceptable cost and qualified performance;
Monitor Daily Productivity & Quality Performance, Production Volume, WIP levels, Finished-goods Inventory, Outstanding Rejects, Test Yields;
Generate the monthly fulfillment report, review and communication with client on operation status, giving suggestion of how to improve;
Identify and implement improvements for cost down, enhance productivity and upgrading efficiency, quality, less scrap & reworks;

Ability to handle multiple customers/priorities with minimal supervision, under challenging conditions;
Experienced in Advance Energy Solution industry, especially incylindrical cell manufacturing company.
Minimum 8 years experience in contract manufacturing operational positions in manufacturing industry;
Systematic, loyal and hard working, dynamic and energetic.
Universityin engineering, manufacturing management or related discipline;
Able to anticipate the needs of internal/external management and to resolve any issues impacting production plan satisfaction.
Good command of English;
Good leadership ability and well organize.
Rich experience on manufacturing engineering that focus on production process /ST and data system /factory layout / improve project / MOH and so on;
Must be able to work in a fast paced and environment;
Strong oral, written, analysis and presentation skills;
Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and can work under high pressure;
Familiar with Lean Business Practices an advantage;
Able to communicate technical specification with engineering and quality;
