Production Manager

Developing, implementing, sustaining and improving effective production strategies and procedures in order to ensure smooth operations thereby, meeting customer expectations whilst, achieving set objectives and key performance parameters.
Performing additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
Leading and creating awareness on 5S and MOS related initiatives whilst, implementing health and safety policies/ procedures within the factory.
Contributing to the development of the organizations strategy whilst, managing all operation and production related aspects of the factory.
Reviewing factory performance by monitoring efficiency levels of all modules whilst, identifying training and development needs of employees in order to fulfill current and future organizational requirements.
Preparing, monitoring and controlling the budget whilst, coordinating with the relevant parties to ensure the achievement of same.
Maintaining good relations with the employees and handling employee grievances in order to create a harmonious work environment.
Visiting relevant SBUs within MAS along with the team in order to learn the best practices whilst, implementing same at the factory.
Liaising and working with relevant departments and providing information to support the decision making process.

Quickly get adaptable, able to work under high pressure;
Self-driven, team player, motivated, with good analytical & numerical skills;
Proven working experience in the garment factory.
Leadership and management skill, communication skill, professional and commitment;
Degree / Diploma in relevant field with 4 - 5 years of work experience in a similar capacity in manufacturing companies, having experience in Garment Manufacturing is an advantage;
