Production Planner for Sweater Production Department

Job Responsibilities
• To help and motivate operator/workers to achieve daily production target.
• Manage production planning and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
• To provide the opportunity to achieve maximum results with minimum effort.
• To perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the management.
• Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with merchandising department, sample room & production department.
• Need to achieve daily planned target.
• Assess, evaluate and seek for ways to increase operation efficiency through continuous process improvement.
• Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
• Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
• To analyze and study the sweater styles.
• Building relationship with merchandising department, sample room & production people for smooth operation.
• Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machines.
• Knitting target setup as per allocated machine, Wastage Reduce
• To study factory production capacity and efficiency.
• Candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly production plan/advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with merchandising, production head, & management team.
• Good knowledge in sweater production and planning.

Additional Requirements
• Good command in English & computer operation.
• Self-motivated and responsible, dynamic and have good personality.
• Good commend in Mandarin will be given preference.
• Must be conversant about different parameters and requirements of buyers.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
• Should be a proactive and result oriented.
