Production Planning Manager

Our Client is the famous US FDI in the supply chain of garment & textile. Currently, we would like to look for dynamic, active and trustworthy and Professional Production Plan Manager who will be in charge the Planning’s process of our company.
The goal is to manage Planning procedures for factory in Northern Vietnam
Job description:
Capacity planning:
In co-ordinate the business planning process involving all business functions (Sales, customer service, production, warehouse, transportation…) to ensure excellent customer service with optimized cost.
Prepare and forecast the capacity reports and on practices, data.
Co-operate with sales and other parties to analyze material, capacity requirements
Raw Material & Production Planning:
In co-operate with others factory in country to adapt client’s requirement
Implement commitment contract based on agreement with related parties
Perform other duties as assigned by managers.
Supervise daily activities of the team and team management: attendance/ claims/ training/ develop/ interview
Find solutions to minimize lead times, and enhance productivities
Initiate and coordinate special Lean /6 Sigma/Kaizen and innovation projects (Reduction/vendors management/ stock…) in designed production lines.
Arrange orders following the vendors, factory and clients’ agreement
Monitor and follow schedules with related parties
Closely follow process and update information with related parties in the right time
Minimize the difference between planning and actual practice; working with related parties for the necessary action plan, and adjustment
Ensure capacity’s agreement fit with timelines, demand, and stability with related parties
Inventory
System management

6 Sigma/ Kaizen / Lean are valuable; certifications are preferred
Supply Chain management, material management, Logistics knowledge
Fluent in English
Project management skills
Good command in using MS Outlook, Word, Excel and preparing reports.
Bachelor degree/ equivalent
Good time management and leadership skills
Outstanding of analytical/ mathematical/ organizational communication skills and detail- oriented
Active and ability to interface cross – functional group to define and execute overall requirement
Problem solving and interpersonal skills
Willing to learn and good team player
Familiar with document & improve process
