RECRUITMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
Position: Production Planning Manager 1. General InformationGender: Male/Female (< 35 years old)
Working time: 7:30 to 16:15 from Monday to Friday and 2 Saturday off per month
Working place: Tan Quang, Van Lam, Hung Yen, Company buses from Ha Noi city (Just 20km far from Hanoi center).
2. Job DescriptionSep up team & work procedure
Develop production plan, budget and time lines in order optimize production capacity.
Control inventory related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) e.g. inventory turns, inventory hits.
Set up team & work procedure by updating the new methodology that apply the technology in working procedure to achieve good performance.
Make sure to maximize factory capacity and achieve sales budget
Coordinate to the related teamWork with sales team relating to project/customer
Supervise on line performance of output and production on shipment risk.
Coordinates with the operations teams to develop robust supply strategies that will drive improvement in service and cost.
Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, QA/QC to ensure material, technical package, sample approved are available and ready according to loading plan.
Control daily job of teamOthers would be from BOM.
Conduct daily meeting to keep track of daily production output.
Monitor daily production status and ensure delivery plan on
Manpower calculate to meet customer delivery schedule.
3. RequirementsAnalytical skills and Data accuracy
Business knowledge on garment production, weaving is advantage.
Good decision - making and problem solving skill
BA/BS degree or above required
Good command of English, MS Office, ERP/SAP
More than 5 years working experience related to FDI manufacturing company with management level.
