The job description below is to list out some missions that we are in need of your talent to support Colgate - Palmolive to keep growing even faster in Tooth-brushing making industry:
- Material Planning: Coordinate with material planning team to align and among master scheduling - material fulfillment - production scheduling; understand suppliers&039; performance & behaviors.
- Managing Production: Execute strategies & actions to deal with operational issues, engage workforces to deliver key customer-centric KPIs
- Leading team: Coach & develop production planning assistants; Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute key initiatives and projects of the plan
- Continuous Improvement: Understands the relationship among planning, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing processes have on customer services and conversion costs; seeks input from internal and external customers about their needs and expectations to continually improve production planning processes & activities; Works to standardize best practices production planning
- Production planning: Delivery weekly/ daily & every shift production planning using SAP systems with balance between customer requirements and operational efficiency by shipment plan, operation parameters, change over matrix by applying fundamentals of Pull systems, Inventory controls & leadtime reduction.

- Good communication, both in Vietnamese & English. Office tools (especially Excel & Access)
- Good sense of data processing & analysis, systematic thinking and detail - oriented.
- Familiar with Planning systems ( SAP or similar ERP systems,.), tools & processes.
- 2 – 5 years working in Manufacturing and/ or Planning functions.

13th-month salary plus KPI Bonus
