Production Shift Leader

* Conduct shift meeting with key operator, advice key operator for tasks of the day

* Supervise work, change staff and machine utilization if necessary, support if necessary
* Find causes of malfunction, analyze and eliminate with TEF4 and process Engineer together
* Review hourly count report from operator at the end of the shift, and make OEE report

* Review, implement, and update status of "open point list", that based on reaction plan

* Conduct safety inspection round in assignment area in early of the shift

* Conduct inspection rounds (process confirmation for hourly count report, implementation of reaction when having deviation )

* Implement SAP booking as designation
* Receive effectively shift hand over information from previous shift

* Conduct 5S inspection round and check the readyness of manpower

* Manage 1 production team with currently 20 operators to comply with company and safety regulation
* Control the quantity & quality of products in production shift in order to meet the goal as production plan

Qualifications
* Have at least 02 years experience in position of shift leader in manufacturing plant, referable for who have experience in metal processing or car industry
* Basic knowledge of how to control document and production record
* Strong mindset with safety, quality, and target achievement
* Basic knowledge of PDCA approach, referable for candidate know about Lean manufacturing, and TPM application
* Graduated from University/Technical College, major in Mechanical/ Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Business Management
