Production Shift Leader (Trưởng ca Sản xuất)

• Responsibility of company safety rules, instructions, procedures, policies, and standards through the whole process.
• Manage every serious & near miss incidents to keep track of hazards in works & high risk management.
• Coordinate for daily monitoring the parameters of the production processes, products quality and crush volume, cleaning plan….to ensure the process is working in optimization aim to achieve KPIs, including industrial cost and meet targets.
• Manage all operating activities through the whole process.
• Responsibility of 5S/AM activities in working shift to ensure production area is safe, clean, tidy and high availability.
• Analysis bottlenecks, recommend & execute process improvement.
• Optimize human resources in team.
• Follow up and review, update all the procedures, work instructions, JHA according to the process changed.
• Follow up and check all report, document and process to ensure they are maintained as ISO requirements.
• Coordinate with other department as Maintenance, Logistics and Port, QC, Warehouse…to get the receiving and delivery schedule on time, right quality and high capacity.
• Solve all issue on shift and report to Top management on time.
• Support other departments to ensure maintenance schedule and annual shutdown on time and successful.
• Back up to Shift Supervisor when needed. Other tasks as assigned by manager.

• At lease College certificates on Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years corresponding position experience at manufacture.
• Fluent with MS. Office; Good in English including reading technical documents, verbal and writing.
